Marie Curie Flats, Lovely Loft

L’appartamento molto accogliente e comodo dotato di tutti i comfort unico consiglio che mi sento di dare é di aggiungere un attacca panni per il resto tutto perfetto.

The flat has got everything you need. We loved the fact that check in is contactless. The owner is very responsive. Definitely recommend it.

There are some scale and mold in the shower.

Smestaj se nalazi u jako lepom i mirnom kraju. Supermarket, i dva kafica se nalaze odmah pored zgrade. Lokacija je odlicna i na samo 10ak minuta ste udaljeni od starog centra Valensije. Ono sto je posebno dobro je sto u smestaju imate ves masinu, peglu, fen za kosu… sve sto vam je potrebno za malo duzi boravak. Iako se nasa soba nalazila u prizemlju, osecali smo se sigurno.

Aunque es un poco pequeño, tenía lo necesario para pasar unos días. Todo genial!

Appartment is clean, having a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron is useful. Supermarket is nearby, so is the bus stop. Sofa in the "living room" part is comfortable and spaceous enough for two adults.

The place is nice, a bit small tho, but what you don't get from the photos is that it's on the street level (not a single step even) and you enter the appartment directly from the street. So there isn't an entrance to the building, appartment entrance is like an entrance to the former shop, with the (dimmed) glass door. Which also means there isn't a "view", if you open a window, you would see the people passing litteraly a few inches away, which is a bit wierd. Maybe this is tipical for Spain, but this is something we didn't get used to it, and we felt unconfortable and unsafe keeping the windows open, especially during the night. Luckily the weather was not too hot. The other unexpectable thing is that there isn't any wardrobe or anything to unpack and put your clothes, so we had to keep everything in the suitcase. Overall it's nice as I said, but probably a bit overpriced given the whole settup.

Nice location, apartment, communication with owner also very good. There was a little problem at the beginning with cleaning service but owner solved it very quickly, so we were satisfied.
