Great location with lots of nearby parking. Very well kept. Good communication from host.

Lovely modern flat. Great showers in both bathrooms.

T.V difficult to navigate. Boarded up front looks awful.

I was unable to get to the property because I booked last moment and an additional deposit of £400 was being asked for which I was unable to pay as this had not been disclosed beforehand. I lost my booking money because of this as it was non refundable. It should have been mentioned on the site that a refundable deposit would be asked for on booking

It’s safe and very very confortable. Perfect location

The owner asked for a £500 deposit to be paid to his personal account. This is possibly a scam. I had no way of knowing that this would be paid back on leaving the property. The phone number on Booking.com is unavailable. Also very suspicious. I didn't pay the £500 so couldn't access the property.

Great accommodation. Needed to be in Sutton for work, and it was a lovely place to come back after a hard day work. Owner responded very quickly. Thanks for all.

The location of this apartment was just right for us as we were attending the Royal Marsden Hospital, its only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Sutton
