Luxury 2 bedroom Flat Sutton

Brand new flat, furnished to a high standard, plenty of room for a family of 4, easy to get to Sutton and Morden for the tube. The flat had everything we needed for a week long stay. Bus stop literally right outside the flat and lots of restaurants/amenities nearby. The host allowed us to check out late which was handy with 2 small children in tow. Communication with the host was good.

The shower in the en-suite was clogged and we had no hot water on the last day.

Very clean, warm, many useful practical amenities, good equipment in kitchen. Underfloor heating. 2 bathrooms - unusual and much appreciated for family of four. Everything new, fresh. Good plumbing - lots of hot water and good water pressure. Nicely decorated, large bedrooms, as in pictures. Quiet. Host responds very quickly to questions.

Front exterior of flat is boarded up to look like an empty business unit. More detailed location and arrival instructions, photos would have been helpful. No dedicated parking but was relatively easy to find night street parking. We arrived after sunset. Sketchy looking drunk standing near entrance of flat. We had to stop our car on a pedestrian crossing outside the entrance to unload our luggage which felt insecure. Area looked better in day light. Once inside flat felt secure. Front door lock needs oiling / fixing; very stiff. Damp linen and towels in dryer.... Was asked to run another dry cycle by host. Needed 3 cycles to dry effectively as so much of it. Kitchen cabinets need organising. Bedrooms no or small window so little natural light and ventilation.

The location was perfect for the duration of my trip.

Next door had a party/rave till 5am so that was very disturbing for us, the cleaner was still there when we arrived at 3pm, there was no toilet roll and everything had a label on it, not a problem just seemed very strange.

Beautiful clean property

Stunning apartment and good value for money. Recently renovated to a high standard. Both bathrooms are large and the bedrooms are a great size too. It does boast the word luxurious. Also had netflix all ready and set up for the kids and the wifi is great.Very good communication from the host.

There is only one small window in the entire flat. Its extremely hot in warm weather and lacking ventilation. It was 29 degrees in the apartment throughout the night and we all struggled to sleep. It would be fine in Winter. Aircon needs to be fitted in the apartment to make it perfect for all seasons. It's the only reason for an 8 score rather than 10.

Very nice and luxurious. The finishing was really good. The beds were very comfortable, everywhere was clean, sheets clean, kitchen, sofa. No complaints whatsoever. I will definitely visit again and again.

The en-suite room didn't have enough ventilation. So it was really hot at a time. So would be great for winter, as the apartment is properly insulated.
