Location was good, near to sea, and city center.

The property is bit dirty, and in january when its cold, you can not turn on AC and Boiler at the same time, if you do it you lost power in all apartment. So when its 4 of you it can be a problem. Building is old, cold, and in pretty bad condition, but its not the problem of the guy who rent the apartment anyway.
