The property, "Ladadika Luxury Apartment," has absolutely nothing to do with luxury, comfort, or basic safety standards. This was the worst experience my family has ever had with an accommodation. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the pillow covers were visibly dirty and stained. We called the property management right away to have them changed. This issue, which should have been resolved instantly, was not rectified until the second day of our stay. The main entrance door, which was significantly too short for the frame, leaving a large gap on the lower side. This structural flaw resulted in extremely poor sound insulation. We could clearly hear every action and conversation of the neighboring unit. This noise level made the apartment feel insecure and completely unrelaxing. The constant noise and lack of privacy were so severe that my 10-year-old daughter refused to return to the property at the end of the day because she was genuinely afraid of the nearby neighbors. An accommodation should feel like a safe haven, not a source of anxiety.
