"Child friendly and great staff"

Staff was friendly, great location. Yonus was a waiter an was great. mustapha was a concierge and gave us an upgrade. Said was a great bar tender.

The bar hygiene, and lack of protection from wasps on food.

L’accueil très chaleureux du personnel de la réception, la grande gentillesse et la qualité des services du personnel au restaurant surtout pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner, Et le professionnalisme de l’équipe d’animation. Remerciements particuliers à Mr Youssef pour la qualité de ses services au Bar.

L’équipe du soir au restaurant complètement out!!!

I had a wonderful stay in Olivar Palace Hotel and one of the highlights of my holiday was the incredible entertainment team at the hotel. They were energetic, friendly, and always made sure guests felt welcome and included. Special thanks to Sam, bob, mouss, Mike, hereux, tadia! And to the reception personal that were vey nice and accommodating.

There could be more food variety.

Une mention toute particulière à Sam, l’animateur, qui a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Toujours souriant, dynamique, respectueux et à l’écoute, il sait mettre les vacanciers à l’aise tout en restant très professionnel. Son énergie positive, sa gentillesse et son sens de l’animation créent une ambiance conviviale et mémorable. Merci Sam pour ta bonne humeur et ton engagement. Des personnes comme toi font vraiment la différence. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de notre passage et nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !
