"Bien ; chambre confortable et propre ; nourriture"

La chambre , nous avons eu 1 suite , la chambre propre ; belle ; très grande parfait pour que mon bébé puisse jouer ; le personnel très gentille surtout ceux du restaurant très attentionné avec les enfants. Remerciement à re Omar de la réception du restaurant il est incroyable gentil ; aimant les enfants il était en congé quand nous sommes parti ; savez vous lui dire merci de notre part de la part de adem

Certains ascenseurs ne vont pas et aucun signalement. Les transats et parasol cassée ou sale ; la nourriture manque d’hygiène beaucoup de mouche dans la nourriture ; absence d’étiquette de ce qu’on mange ; même nourriture tous les jours et ce n’est pas toujours resservi quand il n’y a plus. Absence de navette pour la place. Il y a que deux navette sur la journée 9:30 et et 15:30. Des heures pas du tout adapter ( pas de navette le soir quand il fait plus frais) ; toboggan qui ne va pas ; absence de surveillance sachant qu’en plus un toboggan ne va pas en haut et des enfants tentait d’aller dedans c’était très très dangereux. Pour avoir fait Aqua mirage ; eden andalou Park ; hôtel Mgador pour le même prix sur la même année à marrackech. El olivar palace est correct mais ne mérite pas du tout 5 étoiles.

L’accueil très chaleureux du personnel de la réception, la grande gentillesse et la qualité des services du personnel au restaurant surtout pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner, Et le professionnalisme de l’équipe d’animation. Remerciements particuliers à Mr Youssef pour la qualité de ses services au Bar.

L’équipe du soir au restaurant complètement out!!!

"Child friendly and great staff"

Staff was friendly, great location. Yonus was a waiter an was great. mustapha was a concierge and gave us an upgrade. Said was a great bar tender.

The bar hygiene, and lack of protection from wasps on food.
