Die Schlüsselübergabe ist nicht akzeptabel. Wenn man gegen 21 Uhr anreist (war auch vorher angegeben) ist an der 2,5 km entfernten Adresse niemand. Dann telefoniert man. Niemand nimmt ab. Dann 15 Minuten später Rückruf. Nach 30 Min. kommt jemand. Dann muss man 2,5km zurück zum Appartement. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. - Die Sauberkeit läßt zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt kein Geschirrtuch. Der Filter bist unakzeptabel schmutzig. In der Dusche schwarzer Schimmel.. Im Abfluss sind noch die Haare des Vormieters. Platzdeckchen sind nicht sauber.. Die angebotenen Reinigungsmittel sind dreckig. Töpfe sind nicht sauber. Die Abzugshaube ist nicht gereinigt.

HUThe appartemen is in an elegant, clean building in a very central location, close to bars, shops and the Molo Audace - it is a few steps away from the sea. There is a super Triest specialty shop right in front of building offering great dinner ingredients and a superb little coffee shop with a huge variety of breakfast pastries and fresh coffee. Good location and convenient flat size for a fam of 4. It was very hot during our stay there so it was just great to have airco in the flat.
I did not liked the bathroom - the shower cabin had suspicious corners.
AULiked that bedroom had good storage for both clothes and luggage. The kitchen was well equipped with glass, cups and plates, oven ware. Very helpful was the washing machine, dishwasher with washing tablets provided. Very useful the clothes airer, ironing board and iron. Available different cleaning products to use and rubbish disposal bags with clear instructions to comply with local disposal protocols. Plentiful details of local attractions and facilities were provided.
In the kitchen for cooking, there was only a large pot, a small pot, and a strainer. I had to buy a medium size frying pan for use, which I took home with me. The lack of shutters and window coverings to all windows allowed the apartment to become stifling while out. The lack in the main bedroom prevented sleeping in with sunlight pouring in very early during our summer stay. We covered the small window above the kitchen table for concerns that at different angles, we would be visible to neighbouring windows. Lastly, a smell wafted from the corner utility cupboard when it was opened, most likely from a mop that was wet when left there.
