Excellent location, great building, modern design. Amazing sound proof windows, so u r in the middle of the vibrant neighbourhood feets away from bars and cafes, but so quiet and pleasent for rest. Elivator is also a bonus! Great spacious kitchen, amazing shower! Very spatious. Love the vibe.

The main disappointment that ruined our stay is lack of the internet. It says the WiFi si "temporarily not available" and I hoped this was matter of days. When we arrived the same note was on the flat's instructions, so this is a permanent thing. No WiFi. And you have to understand not everyone is coming from the EU so roaming services and 4G are not available. We had further travel plans ahead so it was very inconvenient and stressful to be in touch with the next booking. We couldn’t search for restaurants etc. We are with a toddler so we cannot afford to sit and browse the internet while drinking Aperol. So this really ruined the general impression of a really great flat. At least, u can invest and buy a symbolic SIM card for 10 EUR and leave for the guests that don't have internet from their providers. Huge kitchen, but no electric kettle. And also not even 1 frying pan or dishtowel. Unfortunately, although the kitchen itself was clean, the dishes were not: plates, pots, salad bowls and cutlery. We had to wash it before use. In the bedroom left closet, unpleasant smell from used old cleaning cloths.

I rate everything with the highest possible mark, check-in & check-out went smoothly, excellent central location, cleanliness, accommodation facilities, and great parking in the nearby Parking San Giusto - if there is no free parking space, you can get in after a few minutes of waiting, the entrance is reduced by the counter and the staff.

Apartment new, clean, comfortable. In a very nice location.
