The place was very central and walking distance to the harbour and pubs/restaurants. Only a 10 minute drive to the beach

Great location. Despite there being a few pubs close by, the flat was quiet. Had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay.

The place is beautifully furnished, warm, and clean, with a very well-equipped kitchen facility. The TV allows easy access to streaming services. It's located close to attractions and amenities, a few minutes away from the town centre, and walkable distances to supermarkets. Joe was friendly and most helpful, and he provided easy access to communication as needed, with prompt reply to enquiries; he had even taken time to help out on a bank holiday, with a short unimposing visit to fix a minor problem at my request. Clear instructions provided for parking: the listing was clear about the non-availability of parking facility for the property, but paid parking at £6.50 for 24 hours is only at a 3 minutes' walk from the flat.

Nothing, although a nearby pub does have a weekend karaoke night, but any noise ceased by about 10:30 pm or so, and the rest of the night is very quiet to allow a peaceful night's sleep, even with the window open.

Easy to find and access the property. Spotlessly clean throughout the flat. Plenty of space in the living area & kitchen. Comfy large sized bed and plenty of storage space in drawers & wardrobe if required.

Nothing of note to dislike - everything was catered for!

Beautiful inside, very homely feel, comfortable and everything you would need in the property, clean and tidy, ideal location would highly recommend and definitely stay again.
