Sporco dai precedenti occupanti, camere comunicanti, per accedere ai servizi della casa era necessario attraversare una delle due camere. Letti cigolanti al minimo movimento. Essendo posto al primo piano l'affaccio delle finestre oltre che sul cortile interno era giusto sopra la raccolta del vetro di un ' attività' di ristorazione. Il telecomando posto sulle chiavi per un eventuale posto macchina ( NB 20€ al giorno) non era funzionante.

Solid booking :) The city is “new” and “old” town, this apartment is in new town that means that if you want to see the old city you have to go like 15-20 minutes (uphill). Overall the communication and location was good also spacious. They also offer private parking slot its around 20€ a day from what i have been told. But you can easily park in the town anywhere. Easy check-in and check-out. I would stay there again.

The apartment was not cleaned at the time of check-in, and we had to wait an hour outside. It was cold at night, and there were no extra blankets or options to increase the heating. The bed creaks a lot. There is no microwave and sugar for the coffee.

Location, large spacious flat, very well equipped kitchen, cleanliness, accessibility within easy reach of public transport, attractions, restaurants etc. The only downside - (or rather a request to the owners to invest in new usually beds, more stable :). Any slightest movement and there was a terrible creaking sound in the two separate bedrooms, bothersome at night.

Check-in is scheduled from 15:00; we arrived at 16:45 and the apartment had not been cleaned, nobody warned us pr got in contact with us about delays, with our big disappointment we hence found the apartment dirty. Once contacted the owner was quite dismissive but promise to send the cleaning staff as soon as possible. We came back to the apartment at 18:30 and it was acceptably clean (beds were changed, kitchen and bathroom were cleaned but the floor hadn’t been cleaned): that’s quite late to enter in an apartment when you are travelling with small children. Overall a disappointing experience. The apartment is worse than the pictures might suggest, ceilings are low, there is some sort of old smell and the hairdryer wasn’t working (I tried to remove a weird adapter to the electric plug but there was no way to plug it). You can only access the second bedroom through the first one and this is not great. Internet and tv were working well, although wifi wasn’t working in the second bedroom because it was too far from the router and the walls are quite thick. The location is good but next time I would look for something less central but in better shape.

Great location, easy to get there, easy to walk to restaurants and places of interest. Few minutes walk from train station and funicular to city alta. Good powerful hot shower, and good coffee machine. Really appreciated the video of accessing key lockbox and how to find apartment in the block as we arrived quite late.

Would have preferred not to have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other one. And the first night was cold, but having asked Valerie about extra blankets they were delivered the next day, and the heating was adjusted. So we have no complaints, and Valerie was very helpful,

The location is perfect , and lovely area. The apartment was clean and the host was very helpful. We can't complain.

Beds were a bit squeaking.
