Delightful 3BR Home - Hot Tub - Near Castle, QMC - City Centre & Trent Bridge - Free WiFi & Parking - Sleeps 6

The house was spacicase and clean. The rooms were decient size. Very minimum living design. Had a tv in two bedroom and two rooms doenstairs. Which was a bonous the propety had a love compact garden.

The matteress let the stay down, very uncomforable. We didnt find the cleaning products till the last day it was under the island. It would have helped if there was a note or if cleaning things were under the sink. Only two tvs in the house was working.

The owner had really good service and was very helpful, the house itself was really nice and comfy

Owners response time leading up to the stay wasnt very good, and wasnt stated in advert that had to pay more fpr the hot tub

Hot tub

No heating on the first night and the front gate kept banging on all night because the lock is broken

Was spacious and plenty of bedrooms for the family with 2 separate rooms for family kitchen and lounge with TV so kids could watch there own channels and also 2 bedrooms rooms with a TV upstairs ( later found out unusable)

Where so I start, WiFi was not working on first day, staff was not willing to help so had to work out how to get and sorted from day 2, hot tub was only available and working 2 days out of the 4 paid extra for this options and was unable to use half of the time as was told to not use on first night due to it getting setup and broke down day day 3. tech called out while I was out with family water was not changed as I told and only worked for 10 mins on jacuzzi so used as a hot dip for remaining time . Glass coffee table in lounge was broken, leg was screwed in place poorly and was balanced on 3 working legs , no mention of this from owners and so when I noticed put to side to secure. TVs upstairs in bedrooms unusable , not smart and also no remotes for them . Downstairs toilet by the entrance door not usable for an adult, but great for kids. Owner tried to pin a cracked pot holder in the window of toilet on me however was too large for kids to move and never touched, seemed to be balanced in place similar to the table ...!!! Tried to discuss the above with owner however not even had the decency to give me a call to discuss even though I flagged up the hot tub and table issue with them at the time during my stay as well. as the WiFi issue . Nice location good house and amenities however very poorly managed if I can give my opinion.

Lovely house. Very comfortable. Safe and secure. I. Great location. Staff were very easy to contact whilst at the property. Peaceful and quiet. Proper home setting.

Paid extra for hot tub. On arrival hot tub leaking. Emailed them . Immediately had someone out the next morning to mend. However by 11pm hot tub still hadn't heated up. There for was unable to use. Still awaiting staff to reply about refund.

Missing light bulbs No hot water No heating Holes walls Damp & Mould Dirty Not a secure or safe property Flat roof covered in rubbish Broken window restrictors Smoke detectors batteries not operating so they loudly bleeped all night. Disgusting property and the company would not offer any compensation or honour the discounts promised. Never book a prop Managed by UFirst Stays

Great location, nice apartment clean , loads room for big family.

No access to the hot tube/jacuzzi should be included with the price other than that happy with stay at this house
