The fact that they had day guests who took most of the beds around the pool Believe or not the heated pool was too hot!

Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Check in was very welcoming, dinner was fantastic. The staff is all very professional and helpful to ensure a great stay. The grounds were impressive and impeccable. We left feeling super relaxed and enjoyed the quick escape from London to a calm environment.

The pool was too warm. It was more like a jacuzzi and could have been a little bit cleaner. These are minor and we would absolutely return.

The house is incredible with so much beautifully preserved And carefully updated. The breakfast was very good. Pool was lovely. Service friendly and attentive. We were offered a room upgrade which was very special.

Pool was a little overheated. Sad we couldn't get a table in the Michelin restaurant as it's so so small. Location is great though the motorway noise is always present.

This is a lovely hotel and well situated for Heathrow, Windsor or day trips to London. The staff are really friendly. And it has a very rare thing - a warm outdoor pool in the UK,
