"Poor experience"

The hotel is the one that requested me to send them the code to cancel the booking. Not me that wanted to cancel. They could have WhatsApp me the issue they encounter instead of I the one who sent them message of our arrival. What they claimed was an issue in their hotel is not verifiable. They could have cancelled my booking and allow another party to take up the unit I booked earlier. My fresh booking with another hotel incurred additional RM250/=. I will not book this hotel again.
