The host was very welcoming and very accommodating!! Location was close to the train station and city centre. Breakfast was fantastic and made to order on guests’ time schedule. Nidderdale was a perfect stay and central location for exploring the area. Off street parking was wonderful!

Nothing negative I could say about this location!

Own entrance. Friendly host. Superbly cooked breakfast served in a stylish dining room. Good shower

Hardly anything -we loved it. I’m being a bit picky -The duvet on the single bed was a bit thin and when we got back late the first night the heating had gone off and it was a bit chilly in bed. I could have done with an extra blanket, but the other nights were fine.
