Квартира расположена в приятном тихом районе. В доме есть подземный паркинг, можно воспользоваться парковочным местом - это очень удобно. До центра можно добраться на автобусе за 15 минут. Если прогуляться через парк, то можно дойти до трамвайной остановки. Управляющая компания оперативно отвечала на возникшие вопросы. Рекомендую заранее внимательно прочитать список требований для выезда из квартиры - он довольно обширный и требует времени (например, вся посуда должна быть помыта и расставлена по своим местам).

Некоторые вещи в ванной комнате можно исправить/улучшить: плохо уходила вода в раковине, дверная ручка требует ремонта, слабое освещение, вытекает вода из душевой кабины, когда принимаешь душ.
