Lovely Modern 1 BR apartment

Good location for reaching the Grund and downtown on foot or by bus/tram. Pleasant balcony for relaxing. Essentials available for making tea/coffee, spices for cooking.

Shower door cannot be closed and water escaping through the gap, waste bin location in garage not explained in the apartment guide and needed a resident’s help to find it in the maze of doors on level -1.

Good access to public transport and grocery shop. Having a garage was a great plus. Calm and family environment.

There was an issue within the apartment and the owner dealt with it very professionally by suggesting and providing another apartment and apologizing on the inconvenient circumstances.

Spacious, nicely furnished, good amenities (very grateful for iron & board), lovely bathroom. Perfect location for where my office is.

No coffee; and horrible smell coming from the shower. sewage issue probably. Basically requires water to be poured down there all the time. When I arrived and also coming back on 2nd day from full day out, the stench was terrible.

Location and ease of access. Spacious apartment, good for city trips.
