CasaViva - Central Beautiful Bilo in Santa Margherita L.

Beautiful apt in the back streets, part of a residential block 5 minutes walk to old town. Check in was smooth. Apt was very clean and spacious. Had a washing machine which was very helpful.

Coffee and tea supplies would have been a nice touch so make sure to bring your own.

Quiet and spacious close to beach and train station

Mattress was a little soft and uncomfortable

The apartment was roomy and a perfect location.

The kitchen had a strange smell. It wasn’t a huge problem for us but maybe there is something that needs to be fixed.

The location was great, not on the front or too busy, but close to everything you need. The apartment was large and pleasant in a quiet area with a few passing trains mainly during the day. Nothing to fault and we would recommend it.

There was a slightly odd smell going into the apartment, was very much in the entrance way but soon forgotten. We didn't find a kettle despite looking for a while, so just used a saucepan for hot water.

The coziness and the cleaneness makes this house a great place to spend your holiday. the host was very carefull, attentive and helpful with any questions that we had. The house has a lot of instructions, it was warm, and most importantly incredibly clean. kudos to Cinzia. Thank you for accomodating us.
