Guests highly rate the clean and comfortable and frequently praise the kind staff.
AULooks nice, but very uncomfortable. The couch was uncomfortable and the bed wasn't much better. We stayed there one night then moved to another more comfortable hotel. So you can see we werent happy at all. We would have welcomed a welcome pack with some tea and coffee. Even though supposedly well placed it, it would have been hard to walk around to places of interest. We just had to forego what we had paid for.
MYNone.. The unit not met our expectation. We are with small kids and expecting clean unit. HOST should prepare a proper check in guidance, in pdf with photos.. So could forward once security money paid.
The bathroom is too smelly.. Plates/cup provided dirty. Floor sticky mattress not comfort at all. Key collection so troublesome, no proper guidance given. Access card for lift/door to lift kept in the unit. So have to g up to collect first before you park. Because the door from parking to lift, need to use access card.

My recent stay was unfortunately quite unsatisfactory, primarily due to several significant issues that impacted my comfort and convenience. Firstly, the air conditioning in the unit was consistently not cold enough, making the room uncomfortable, especially during warmer periods. This was a major detractor from what should have been a relaxing experience. Secondly, I was not provided with a door access card, which caused considerable inconvenience and security concerns throughout my stay. Having to rely on alternative, often cumbersome, methods to enter the property was frustrating. Lastly, and perhaps most critically, the owner's responsiveness was poor. Attempts to communicate and resolve these issues were met with slow or inadequate replies, which only added to the overall dissatisfaction.
MYEverything was ok except for some supernatural disturbance from upper floor. Need improvement on check-in steps. instructions given are vague.
Do expect some furnitures dragging at wee hours from upper floor. Those sounds were quite frequent. Besides that, i was informed via WhatsApp to pay a rm200 security deposit on the day of check-in. Owner could have mention it upfront. Everything is VIA TEXT, when call does not want to answer. Check-in instruction does not make sense. the owner place the access card in the room but In order to go to the room, the access card is needed to scan at the basement door(car parking) to use the elevator. Luckily a security guard was helpful enough to guide me thru.

Asking for deposit of RM200 to be credited into a Malaysian bank account an hour prior to arriving; I’m a foreign traveller; fortunately, I had a relative that deposited money into account; only then did details for checking in sent to phone Please note, there is no one to speak to when you call, everything is by text When I requested the refund, I had to provide bank account details which was my relatives, the owner did not make the initiative to refund immediately They did provide receipt of money refunded Please bear in mind no one at end of line to speak to if there were any issues, everything is by TEXT ONLY
MYOf course, the exorbitant hidden fees of deposit and cleaning fee are not worth the value. The best thing we love was definitely the AC in the living room who can't function and had no gas, and actually, maybe it's not an AC but a heater
Of course, everything. Nothing top over the host, who can't communicate fairly to the guest but best response is MIA
