Air Cond not working - working in only one room. The bedsheet were stain . Not clean. Some of the plug swiches not working. Stain in bathroom wall. Damp smell or very unpleasant smell in the wholw unit.

The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a great view of Ipoh city and surrounding mountains. Only a short walk to Ipoh old town. We also enjoyed cooling off in the pool in the afternoon.
The AC unit in the lounge did not seem to be working well.

The consultant responded very quickly. You don't need to bring your own towel or iron because they are provided. The location was strategic, near the other popular places in Ipoh. Value every penny of money. Recommended!
They only got one full mirror and it's quite small. However, there was a mirror in the toilet but just can see your face. The aircond in the living room is quite hot. That's all .

CHECK IN PROCESS WAS GOOD. THE UNIT WAS CLEAN AND COMFORT. GOOD VIEW.
DEPOSIT FOR RM200 WAS TO HIGH FOR ME AS I WAS ON BUDGET BY BUSINESS TRIP. THE MAIN BATHROOM WAS SMELLY AT FIRST OTHERWISE IT WAS CLEAN. THE MAIN SINK KITCHEN HOSE WAS LEAK. DURING NIGHT THERE WAS MANY ANTS COMING UP ON THE DINING TABLE. PARKING AT BASEMENT CHARGES FOR 1 NIGHT RM10 PLUS WHEN I GO OUT FOR DINING 1 TIME PARKING CHARGES RM5.

This apartment was huge and nicely decorated and modern and had a stunning view to two sides over the hills and the river! The location was good as close to walk to old town or stroll along the river. It had a wonderful swimming pool as well . loved the view from the balcony
it was difficult to understand how to put in the code to the door that was just black. needs a bit better explanation on the WhatsApp message before arrival. had hoped to be allowed to check in a bit earlier as had been travelling long and had to check out sadly next day already at 4am. but never mind. Kitchen should have at least a microwave. there is no reading light by the bed (s). wifi sometimes a bit low. otherwise all good. very nice place!
