Sheba Cottages - Diani Beach

We literally had an overnight stay. So had v little chance to experience the true hospitality. But Sheba cottages as a budget option is in glorious gardens, with a lovely pool and a huge breakfast that we weren’t expecting.

It was fantastic for the budget, no complaints. Maybe just to say that it is off the beaten track but the local tuk tuk drivers managed.

Cleanliness especially in the bathroom. There were hairs on the wall that were stuck and I would request that the house managers keep an eye on that

Sheba cottages è un’oasi di pace, gli appartamenti sono ampi e spaziosi immersi in un giardino bellissimo. La colazione è ottima e abbondante, lo staff disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Lo consiglio al 100%!

Per noi non è stato un problema, ma se si vuol fare vita notturna è un po’ isolato

A very pleasant and charming place with a beautiful garden. Noel is a great and helpful host. Excellent breakfasts with fresh fruits and juices, and a pool cleaned daily. Comfortable cottages and a very good value for money.

The only thing we slightly missed was a microwave in the kitchen to heat up food. A small mini-bar or snack bar would also be useful to buy something to eat or drink on-site, since shops, restaurants, and the beach are a bit of a walk away.

The host is friendly and very helpful, the gardens surrounding the cottages are really amazing. The whole place is clean and safe. Definitely a place to stay if you want peace and tranquility. Really great value for money. The breakfast is really delicious and filling. A pro tip would be to add some Swahili options in the breakfast :)

It is a bit far from the main road, but transport has never been an issue. The host knows good and trustworthy TukTuk drivers who can easily pick you up and are always on time. The shower in our cottage didn't release enough water, also the water felt cold. I don't know if this is the case in other cottages, but its is definetly a point of improvement.
