The place is a very nice and comfortable house. Met to our requirements.
Buy a can of WD40 and spray the hinges of the doors to stop them squeaking. There was someone parked in our Unit C parking which was not helpful and other parks were parked by other people from the next units next to Hunter.

It is centrally located, clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped.
The doors are all terribly squeaky. There was no free to air TV. You may jag noisy neighbours that are in bedsit units at either end of the house...who arrive very late, bang around and not realise that you can hear their every word.
