Very clean, spacious apartment with an easy walk to Tekapo centre/lake. Great facilities and easy car parking.

The property had another person in the adjoining converted internal garage. There was very poor noise insulation and the person was very noisy. However, the Managers were very helpful and prompt at resolving the issue 😀.

The location was as convenient as any in Tekapo. Large dining table, comfortable lounges and beds.

This was advertised as an apartment. In actual fact it is a regular sized house that is being booked out to 3 parties at a time. The garage is let out separately, as is the rear bedroom. There are adjoining doors and no soundproofing - they could hear us, we could hear them. The wall dividing the rear bedroom adjoined one of our bedrooms was so thin that we could see light coming through. This is not disclosed in the property description. Our family of 6 adults felt like we were walking on eggshells to try and keep the noise down for the people on the garage and rear bedroom. It made our 3 night stay very uncomfortable, especially when our friends came to join us for dinner. It is also listed as 'Apartment with a Lake View' - in no way is this possible in it's location. If the above is no problem for you, or you wanted to pay for the 2 extra rooms, then it would be fine.
