Highly recommended! The location is perfect, the staff are very helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide selection of food.

The location was excellent and the staff was amazingly nice

So... this is a mixed review. We really liked the location and the staff a lot and the breakfast too - and the stair area of the riad is very nice too. Seems newly renovated and with cool art on the walls by the stairs and lobby area. The style is kind of rough - which is cool. But... we rented the rooftop with out own rooftop terrasse and our own little (heated) pool. But the doors were not made properly (have holes in them - and some doors on the terrasse seems to no be able to close - and the rooftop was generally a mess with lots of plastic and garbage... The only heat was a wood fired oven - and we had to call the staff every time we needed wood, since they didn't want to leave more than max 2 pieces. The toilet was located right next to the bed - and disn't have any door at all, only some plate with ornamented holes... First time I haven't been able to pee at night without waking my girlfriend... :S And probably emphasized by the materials chosen in the room it didn't seem clean. We paid 13,500 dirham for 4 nights, which it really isn't worth at all. Had we paid half the price we could have laughed at the poor quality of the roof top room - but honestly we felt like we got tricked.

We were in the room with the plunge pool! It was great! We stayed in January so the weather was cooler- but in the afternoon the terrace was a sun trap! Meaning we got to catch a few rays of sunshine! Obviously too cold to use the plunge pool- but it did look beautiful lit up at night. There’s a smart TV in the room so we could log on to our streaming accounts! On an evening they come and light the log burner so the room is all cozyballs when you arrive back to your room after dinner. The breakfast was fantastic! A great hotel

There’s nothing not to like!

The riad is beautiful, the rooms are big and clean. You really feel comfortable and the staff makes you feel so welcomed. Unfortunately we stayed only one night but I wish we had booked this Riad for our first night in the city as well. The breakfast on the terrace was accompanied by a great view.

It is on the higher price but you do get a great service for your money

- the staff was amazing, nice; warm, polite, always ready to support us - the breakfast was delicious; light but various and satisfying, good quality compared to other Moroccan hotels - the bathrooms was big and beautiful

- generally a bit cold - there were mosquitoes which we know are not a responsibility of the hotel, but still made our stay a bit more complicated - more spaces for clothes would have been needed as there was almost no space for clothes and luggages in the room

The staff was very helpful and kind. The facility was clean and the service very good

We stayed there at the end of December. It was a bit cold inside and some rooms lacked natural sunlight. The place is charming but could use some better maintenance. The day we arrived it was raining and the glass ceiling in the hall was leaking. The breakfast offered very limited choice. There is no restaurant and no cafe where you can have some food: they only offer a limited choice of extras
