Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Großzügiges Apartment.

War nicht ganz einfach ins Haus zu kommen, da der Vermieter bereits zur Arbeit hatte gehen müssen (am Schluss haben wir irgendwo im Haus geklingelt ...). Wegen Bauarbeiten in der Straße wurde um 9 Uhr das Wasser abgestellt. Der Vermieter war vorab wohl nicht informiert worden. Wir auch nicht ... . Nächstes Parkhaus ist 800 m entfernt, ca. 30 Euro für 24h (mit Park-App 20 Euro).

Muy central 👍🏽 muy limpio, súper amplio! Moderno

Una de las tres camas era incómoda y ruidosa por ser la base de metal. Los vasos eran solo tres y las tazas también tres pero despostilladas, viejitas y manchaditas, la medida demasiado chica. Todos los platos y cubiertos si eran suficientes y discretamente en buen estado.

"Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Sevilla."

Super zentrale Lage und geräumige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht zu einem fairen Preis.

Die Schule gegenüber - dadurch ist der Geräuschpegel vor allem morgens recht hoch.

"Únicamente merece la pena la ubicación"

La ubicación es perfecta aunque justo pillamos la calle entera en obras y el bar de debajo no te permite echarte la siesta porque hay muchísimo follón en la calle.

Los colchones eran malos, el mío estaba curvado y era incómodo. Es muy básico y anticuado. La ducha no colaba. Mi habitación olía mucho a humedad.
