"Cheap Central flat by the Setas"

Location was the best Plenty of towels Clean bathroom Aircon in each room Multiple rooms, spacious flat

Smell in the flat 🙁🙁 Had some issue to find the flat as the flat number is different then in the booking. (8, 11) However correct number was mentiined in message. Missing elevator could be a problem for some people ( not for us)

"Underwhelming"

The apartment has been remodeled. The decoration is nice and minimalist. Management was very attentive.

We got to the place and it takes a lot of stairs to get there, so if you have heavy luggage, it is not the right place for you. My bed had crumbs and stains. It felt horrible to sleep that first night there. Contacted the owner who was very responsive and sent someone to change the sheets.

"Fine except for the stairs."

Was not aware that there was no liftt for the 3rd floor rental. Very difficult for an 88 yr. Old woman.

convenient location, quite clean and nice minimalistic design

The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, a narrow staircase up. The bedroom window-balcony overlooks the open windows of the school, the distance between the buildings is small, it is impossible to keep the window open without curtains(which is blackout), since everything is visible. During my stay, the apartment below was being renovated from early morning, not an option for those who want to get some sleep after the journey. Also, due to repairs, the water was suddenly turned off. What made me go and negotiate with the workers that they would turn on the water.
