Railay Princess Resort & Spa offers a transfer service from Krabi International Airport at an additional charge. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The resort can only be accessed by a long-tail boat. From Krabi Airport, guests will have to take a taxi to Ao Nam Mao Pier or Aonang Beach to catch a boat to Railay Beach. The resort is located next to the Railay Pier. Please note that the name of the guest on the booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests fail to present their credit card upon check-in. Room rates on 31 December include a compulsory New Year’s Eve gala dinner. Extra people will be additionally charged by the hotel. Guests are required to show a photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that renovation work on the restaurant, reception, rooftop pool and selected accommodations areas will be carried out from April 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026, from 09:00 to 19:00.
