Price. The owner was nice and friendly. Clean. Some people live in that house was nice too.

The shower has 6 mins timer and stops after 6 mins. Couldn’t find any towels. Rules like no brushing hair in the bathroom. No rubbish bin inside the house, there is a rubbish bin outside. Did I use a roommate’s toilet paper?

I Loved the Apartment n everything

But I didn't like the fact that me and my partner had t leave at such short notice, warning us t leave immediately when I was literally about t have a shower cause I was getting ready for me and my partners time before 11 t check ourselves out after stayin the night at this hotel for 1 night only, we loved the place but early in the morning On Thursday 14th May, 2026 I have received a message from the owner of the property saying that me and my partner are trespassing n need t leave immediately, so we decided t leave the apartment with our belongings without a single explanation from the owner t why we're getting a warning t leave the house immediately. I was so confused so I decide t hop back out of the shower as soon as I was about to step in n change immediately for myself n my partner too leave the apartment with an explanation.

La caméra dans le salon qui vous suit en permanence, c'est très gênant! La propriétaire est désagréable, suite à umon souhait de changer d logement avec booking elle a pris mes affaires personnelles et les a mises dans un carton pendant mon absence : je trouve cela très inconvenant

Not much to like, honestly I really don't get the positive reviews.

First I had to call to have the information on how to check in. We booked this place slightly out of the city to have access to a parking spot as it was mentioned. We have a van with valuable inside we didn't want to park the van far. When we arrived the parking was full. When we called again to signal it, the owner told us it was a bit late (it was 10pm) and she couldn't do anything about it. No advice on which streets to park in etc, really left on our own. We spent easy 20 min to find something suitable. Then we found the room. We can see the bnb is designed for the owner to make money and pay her mortgage but clearly not for the comfort of the guests. Everywhere there are lists of things we CANNOT do. We clearly dont feel welcome and we just feel like the wallet who provides money for the mortgage (see photos enclosed). No towels, no soap, no heating, plugs for the the appliances were not working neither the lamps besides the bed. Mattress quite uncomfortable (we feel the springs) and the sheets didn't seem to have been changed (hairs on the mattress cover). Poor insulation we hear the street noise very loud, had to sleep with my headphones and same curtains are not blocking the light. Shower limited to 6 min (there's a counter telling you how many minutes are left and after it stops). Overall stressful and upsetting. Plus its one bathroom for 6 rooms (couldn't go to the bathroom this morning and had to go to a park nearby as it was simply taking too long). I strongly recommend staying at Oceanic hostel. For the same price it offers excellent quality and service. Or simply stays somewhere else for the same price. Again I don't get the positive comments but see for yourself if you get there after reading there

The mattress was mostly springs, not yet braking through. The rooms are set up as a budget backpackers.

주인이 거주하지 않고, 이메일과 전화로 컨트롤함. 또 내가 거주한 방은 냄새가 심했음. 가스레인지가 고장났는데, 고치지 않고 있음 위치가 차길 옆이라 밤에도 차소리가 시끄러움

The place is easily accessible by bus.

The room was not clean; there was a constant smell of dampness and sweat. The worst part is the poor wall insulation. The owner lives upstairs, and you can hear every step she takes. Whenever she walks, the noise echoes throughout the room. I could even hear the TV, not to mention other things… The front door is very noisy when the other tenants come in and out of the house. This is not a comfortable place to stay.
