Amazing location!

Overall location was great - easy to get to the pier/marina at the base of Lake Como and also close to a supermarket and many restaurants. Our host left us a few snacks and water which was very appreciated due to our late arrival from Milan. A/c in bedrooms worked great. The “main room” did not cool down much at all, as it is facing the sun during the summer day and also is mostly windows.

Our first night there was a rain storm that produced rain and wind for several hours. The rain came into the kitchen from the balcony door and flooded the kitchen almost completely. We took pictures and sent them to the Booking.com contact and asked for towels and a mop to clean up the flood in the kitchen. We were told several times towels were on their way and after returning from a full day of touring Lake Como, no towels were left. We asked again and were told they would be delivered but nothing came and the floor remained wet during our stay. This was disappointing and also a hazard if any one of us would have slipped in the kitchen from the water. Also, the entry directions were decent but could have been better, noting the black entry gate vs the silver car garage gate and also the fact that the entry key was noted to be “the blue key” but the blue cover must have fallen off because there was a green key and red key but no blue.

There are a LOT of stairs. No lift.

The forth floor apartment is excellent and clean.

- Access difficluty: Apartment is on the forth floor without elevator. This apartment is not suitable for Tourist especially elderly man like me to bring luggages to forth floor by stair. Information at booking is not clear just tell that the apartment is upper floor by stair. - On the other floor there is a neihbouring who is an old man shouting something that we don't understand or we do something that bothering him when we chatting in the hall way. - The way to register for check-in is very complicate and not suitable for Tourist to stay just for a few days but need to enter into a rental contact with the property owner.

Great location. Realy easy to get around. Host was great and gave us great referal for restaurants. Supermaket a few doors away, so easy to get supplies. I wish we had some more time gere. Was really a nice place with a rich histroy.

Cranky neighbour downstairs. No lift, so difficult with large suitcases and bags.

Great place, clean with all the necessary appliances (would make sense to mention the wash machine in the advert). Very well located with a private parking spot (a must).

Nothing meaningful to say. We had a great stay.
