The location, the view, the hottub, bbq…. Amazing!!!!! Welcome basket, marshmallows… perfect host.

location was stunning. Peaceful and relaxing. Very well equipped for basic needs. No tv or wifi. had to make own entertainment which was brilliant. Away from it all. PET friendly.

Was in need of some basic TLC. Cupboard door hanging off, toilet seat loose. Little things that 10 minute's maintenance could have solved.

We have just come back from the most wonderful two night break in Annie's meadow. The location was stunning with views for miles. It was peaceful and quiet, with the exception of the birds singing.! Everything we needed was there. We planned to take walks and there were many to choose from but we enjoyed the chance to just relax. I read a whole book and I was very relieved when I saw the selection of books on offer to read. We mustered up the energy to play a game of badminton, although you are spoilt for choice with outdoor games and also card game chess, etc, for indoors. The weather was very kind to us, but there was as much to do indoors as out so lovely for the colder times of the year, especially with the added bonus of the fire. The hot tub was a real treat and so relaxing while looking at the previously mentioned views. We enjoyed the pizza oven and the bbq. The hosts of the property were very welcoming. Lovely basket of goodies on our arrival. We took the opportunity to have a chat on our departure and find out more about the area. We also spoke to extended family, and they were more than happy to share their time and knowledge with us. That being said, you are totally left in peace it's only if you go looking to chat.

An amazing place, the hosts have thought of every small detail. From the welcome basket to the appliances, hot tub, pizza oven, air fryer, fan and lots more. The view was stunning. We watched the sun set, while in the hot-tub. We were welcomed and then left to have a lovely time, professional and friendly people.

Such a wonderful stay here! We received a warm welcome, communication was really excellent and we had brilliant couple of peaceful days away. The facilities are excellent - hot-tub, pizza oven and loads of lovely thoughtful touches that just made this a top place to stay. It's really quiet, you're not overlooked at all and it's just perfect! If you're looking for some peaceful time away from it all, with a lovely view, come here!

Annie's meadow was a pleasure to stay at for the weekend. It sits on a hill and has impressive views that stretch on for miles, and our dog absolutely loved charging around! We made use of the pizza oven, BBQ, and hot tub and had the most relaxing time. Everything was set up ready for us, and the welcome basket was also a very lovely touch. We wouldnt hestitate to visit again, thank you 😊

The property offers a lot of privacy, surrounded by a splendid view. It's in a great location for a relaxing retreat. Facilities exceeded expectation. There's everything you need for a bbq. The outdoor hot tub is a treat. The owner has thought of everything for the guests, including items to prepare food and hot drinks, throws for when you're cold, wood for the fire, and many more thoughtful items in the property. Very happy with the booking.

Perfect for a chilled weekend break, with a stunning view to wake up to. Our host, Rachel had the fire up and running when we were delayed late at night. Loved it, we will definitely be returning there, thank you.
