EVERYTHING - LOCATION - HOST - VIEWS The views were stunning, such an amazing location. The little touches made this extra special. A welcome like no other. We had the most perfect, relaxing weekend. The fire was perfect and made the stay cozy. There was a feel of calm and peacefulness which made for. perfect weekend. We will most definitely be returning as this truly is a fab find

Really kind and friendly hosts and a perfect little cabin with everything we needed and much more. It was warm and cosy and really well set out. We even became moderately good at lighting a log burner! It is incredibly quiet and secluded away from the main house with stunning views. The hosts left bread, milk and condiments for us which we greatly appreciated. The small village of west Meon had a lovely pub (Thomas Lord) for food and drink.

this is a new build, and as Rachel and Martin will tell you is still a work in progress, it’s wood so still settling, this is not a hotel, indeed that’s the point, but is very well built, and trust me we wanted to move in. that being said everything you could need is catered for, Annie’s Meadow, is a stunning little hut that’s bigger than the pictures make it look, a perfect get away from it all location, lovely views of the surrounding countryside, quiet, peaceful, and even though it rained almost the whole time we were there, we were cosy, and also saw pheasants, and deer, plus evidence of Badgers and owls at night, the little wood burner gives you that warm by the fireside feeling, they even provided a welcome basket with local essentials, don’t be like us and forget your wellies when the British weather strikes, we are looking forward to going back again in the spring to hopefully catch up to new wildlife and take advantage of sitting out on the decking. I’m off to look at some wellies ready for next time.

Great location, very accommodating friendly owners, really clean cabin with amazing unspoilt views, will definately return to this gem

It’s a special place, a joy with its view and comfort. We paid £120 a night, very good value.

It’s hard to find so I would avoid arriving in the dark at all costs. The lock on the front door doesn’t work so don’t bother with it and take your valuables with you when you go out and hope you’re be safe when you’re inside, being in the middle of no where, you will be I’m sure. There isn’t a TV or WiFi. 4G was fine though. A great place all in all.

Everything had been thought of, there was a lovely breakfast basket waiting on arrival. Plenty of wood for the fire and cosy blankets. The facilities were very clean and comfortable.
