Frogs and mosquito many in room

Its one of the best locations in Merang area with a perfect secluded beach to watch Sunrise. The owner was nice enough. There were no lights in front of my Chalet, on my request, the owner immediately fixed broken lights.

Cleanliness can be improved. There were no settings to A/C Bathroom needed an upgrade It's sad to see that a place with so much potential is not being utilized

Location is near to the beach and merang jetty.

Overall room condition is bad. Clealiness is bad. Towel is old, has stains and has a cockroach eggs. Floor mat was old and teared. The room even have a spider and cockroach. No water heater. No remote for air conditioning. Water pressure is low, cant use the shower.

Tandas kotor,, aircond bising, air sangat slow.

Inside the room already like zoo, cockroach, frog and big spider is inside the room, plus too much dust and super dirty

View and location is nice, the only thing is room is too old and dirty if improve this one, is very good or super good.. Or if financial problem, its ok but just make it super clean tjen should be good enought
