Holiday Plus - Palatine Road

Location was great, the view to the tower was beautiful, clean-ish, price was great, communication from Hussain was also great. No issues at all

Parking was a pain in the bum, bath mat could be replaced but that’s just being picky as it was a good solid apartment to stay at.

Cheap!!! Had all facilities we needed. Nice big shower. Beds comfy. Host always available by WhatsApp.

No storage to hang clothes

Beds were fairly comfortable.

Was dirty, smelled of damp and in desperate need of upgrading and some TLC.

The flat was clean and tidy

It would benefit from have some bedside lamps in the bedrooms and also a small lamp in the living area.

Comfy beds, modern looking bathroom, good location

Back door was unlocked had to get landlord to come lock it to secure property. DEFINITELY NEEDS A BLIND OVER BACK DOOR AS IT LET ALL THE SUNLIGHT IN, WAKING US ALL UP EARLY! No toilet roll on arrival, no bin or iron or hairdryer so not as stated had to get landlord to come over. Floor above had creaky, noisy floorboards. Shower screen was quite small so bathroom floor got very wet and no shampoo as stated. No thermostat to change heating boiler was set on high.

Comfortable roomy bedrooms, tea, coffee & sugar provided, easy parking in the street and central location.

Bit of faff was asked for proof of Id and £100 security deposit, Very small living room, no kitchen, a microwave and toaster, so beans on toast is about the limit, washing up in the bathroom sink is not ideal.

Good location, clean apartment with comfy beds at a reasonable price. Great communication with hosts.liked not having a key meaning one less thing to worry about. Key code access was great.Bathroom was well equipped with shower and bath that had jets which was a nice extra.

Sofa was broken in places, kitchenette wasn't really usable as no room to make food. This apartment would benefit from a small fold up table and chairs. The sofa only really fit 3 people and there was 4 of us staying meaning 1 person had to stand or sit on the floor. The washing up was difficult as the only sink was in the bathroom. There were only 3 plates and very little cutlery . When we arrived we only had 3 small towels for 4 of us with no hand towel or bath mat for when getting out of the shower.
