Needed a few things doing but staff are open and happy to get feedback and suggestions but this doesn’t affect the pleasure of your stay

"DO NOT STAY HERE! DISGUSTING!"

Close to centre

Place is disgusting! Not cleaned properly in months! Dirty and stains everywhere! Couldn't even sleep in beds due to masses of hair and stains..... complained and advised to get fresh bedding from downstairs which was worse than what was already on and covered in urine stains! Needs shutting down by environmental health! Requested refund and refused AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Spacious quite location but close enough to town

Looked a little run down at front but was great once entered the hotel. Also they cleaned up the front area whilst we was there 👍🏻
