Posizione perfetta perche centrale ma silenziosa. Terrazzo enorme e godibile con vista mare (defilata ma pur sempre vista mare), ambiente interno accogliente

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in jeder Hinsicht. Ein wunderschöner mediterraner Innenhof mit tollem künstlerischen Ambiente, vielen Pflanzen und Skulpturen inmitten der historischen Gemäuer. Eine Oase mit viel Platz und Gelegenheit zum Sitzen oder Liegen, Entdecken und Wohlfühlen. Das Apartment selber ist sehr liebevoll und mit viel Herzblut und Geschmack eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Es ist absolut ruhig gelegen, jedoch nur durch eine Treppe durchs Vorderhaus hindurch ist man plötzlich mitten im Leben im Zentrum von Perast, inmitten von Restaurants und am kleinen Hafen. Perast ist ein wunderbarer, denkmalgeschützter, unverbauter, autofreier, friedvoller und so historischer Ort. Wir haben auf unserer Weiterreise nichts Vergleichbares gefunden, sowohl als Unterkunft als auch als Ort selbst, so dass wir am Ende unserer Reise nochmals für 2 Nächte wiedergekommen sind. Es war ein bisschen wie nach Hause kommen. Una ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat uns bei allen Fragen sofort geholfen und uns viele wertvolle Tipps für unsere Zeit in Perast und sogar für unsere weitere Reise gegeben. Wärmste Empfehlung. Besser geht nicht.

We had a wonderful stay at Olea apartment in Perast. Truly the best place to stay in the heart of this beautiful town — everything is just a few steps away. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, taking care of every request and even welcoming us with a bottle of wine. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the private little garden was a highlight — perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner outdoors. The surrounding area is stunning, and the internet connection was reliable enough for video calls. I’d love to come back and stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful on the exterior and the interior. The combination of the historical building with modern amenities is just perfect. Central location, in the middle of Perast. Una was a superb host— very helpful, and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again!

Località, Atchitettura, vicino la spiaggia, tranquillo posto...

Pulizia. Sembra che non e stato pulito bene. Ho trovato i piccoli ragni ad ogni angolo, anche la rete dei ragni ed i capelli dal altre persone. C'erano dei capelli sull'asciugacapelli, ripiani macchiati nell'armadio e macchie sul pavimento. Non era grave ma poteva essere molto meglio.
