Olea Apartments in a Historic 17th Century Palace Perast

Host was lovely.

Very much feels like staying in someone's home. Noise from the apartment above. Woken at 1am with footsteps sounding as if they were coming from within our apartment which on investigation proved most probably from outside or the floor above. Then woken again at 6:30am by furniture being dragged across the floor above and then vacuuming and cleaning till 8:30am. Badly needs soundproofing between the floors. Likely to be disturbing if the apartment above is occupied

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Perast! Beautiful exterior and interior space, loved it! Sea view from a 2 bdrm unit, has everything you need! Super friendly and kind host! Highly recommend!

For my old father stairs were a bit of an issue but the is only about 10-15 steps.

Amazing location and facility

It was difficult to find the property when I arrived. A sign on the gate would have been useful.

There are three sofa beds in the apartment. The mattress on the sofa bed was very firm and not very comfortable. It would be better to have a proper bed in the flat.

Excellent apartment with everything you need for your vacation. I definitely recommend this place. Furniture is very beautiful and comfortable. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Una, thank you very much!

Great location in the centre of Perast. Una was very friendly and helpful. The courtyard was a great place to sit to escape the chaos of the front.
