AC in whole apartament, 2bathrooms, apartament equipment, contact with owner, fire extinguisher( in my opinion unsual)

We stayed on 4th floor, but 6th floor was being built despite the fact that in building live people ( intresting cultural diference) Luckly it wasn' t big issue, constractors started at 8am,we had plans for a day, and when we came back it was already quite.
