I love everythg about this house. Its clean beautiful, the concept are simple and nice. Most importnatly it is clean. The house is easy to reach, the carpark is nearby and the house is infront the lif!

The owner are very friendly and accommodating. We requested for an earlier checkup since my sis UIA event finish early so that my mother can rest. The owner have granted the request since the house can be housekeep earlier. Thank you and we as family really appreciate it. Highly recommended.

I don't like the pool, dirty.. They should clean the pool regularly..

We had an exeptional stay at this unit. The space was immaculate and the host provide us an outstanding service. Highly recommended.

The homestay was nice and convenient. Good parking location, and the unit was near to the lift so convenient to go to swimming pool. Easy self check-in and check out procedure.

Quite high amount for a deposit, almost equivalent to 1-night stay. (I know its stated already in booking policy deposit RM200 but things like that its easy to miss especially for people like me who dont bother to read so yes its own's fault). Swimming pool was below expectation because the water seems like not really clean and it seems people also can freely smoke in front of the kids pool so this one really puts me off. There's no nearby mart so just prepare to make sure you got everything you need before check-in. Then the check-out process, you have to take your trash with you when you check-out and not to mention the trash house are not accessible on the same floor but you have to go out with your car and its on the way to the guard house which is very very inconvenient because in my case we forgot to drop the trash and accidentally brought the trash together with us all the way to our next destination and struggle to find a place to dispose the trash. Also another thing that I didnt expect that we had to clean and return the place like in original states and also the thing is we left with a coffee table put in a corner to make space in the living room which not really difficult to place it back but its just that we forgot since we are rushing and then maybe the kitchen is a bit mess but I always thought that cleaning fee is inclusive of what we pay so I guess in this case its not and you have to make sure you clean up the place.
