For the next cust, be prepare with RM200 (cashless) for the deposit. The owner will ask for it before they can provide you the check-in instructions.

- the strong smell of naphthalene balls (insect repellant) - lots of small cockroaches - slow respond from the owner, didn't aware of my booking - late returning the deposit refund

The house a quite confortable and good with facilties. Easy to excess to kuantan town. Private location and easier for check in and check out procedure.
