The unit is spacious for our small family (me, my toddler, my mum & my sister). The whole area is spotless and my toddler can crawl & lie down everywhere without concerning if the floor is clean/not. Both the sleeping & common areas are equipped with AC & ceiling fan. TV & wifi was functioning well. Cutleries and cleaning items (extra tissue, extra garbage bags) are well prepared. Water heater works well. Love the bedside lamp so it's not too dark when we switched off the main lights to sleep at night. Simple things but surprisingly necessary. Everything was great & filled our need for comfort. Most items are new so I hope other homestay guests will use them appropriately. We stayed for a night only but we managed to swim & used the gym equipments & ordered grabfood for dinner. So I kinda got the whole living experience at this property despite the quick stay. Location wise was okay, not close to convenient shops/other attraction places but not a long drive to find the nearest TMG mall & even Starbucks. But Mahkota Valley management needs to fix the main property signage light by the highway as I almost missed the left turn into the area because it was not lit up & dark. Will consider staying here again should there be a next time.
