The location is great, nearby the city. There are a lot of transportation, such as bus. The host was flexible regarding the check-in hour and nice.

The floor clean was not ok, but the rest of the room was. Just two notes, if it's useful for anybody: there are 2 beds together (not only just one couple bed) and the host cleans the room everyday when we are not there. In our case, the kitchen was shared, so check if it's ok for you because there is possible to rent also an apartment in that house.

Less than five minutes taxi ride to the Venice airport. Was in a quiet suburban neighborhood near some restaurants, but many closed on a Monday. The owner was very friendly, but spoke very little English.
