"A superb hotel. Pure Luxury. This sets the standard!"

One of the best hotels I have stayed in outside of North America. Exceptional service throughout. From check in to check out the experience was second to none. Nice room. Huge breakfast spread. The spa was not finished during my stay but will only add to the beautiful hotel. I would make another excuse to visit Maastricht just to stay in this hotel again :)

I have nothing bad to say! Just a great experience.

Service, Ambiente und Personal auf absolutem Top Niveau. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Jammern auf absolut höchstem Niveau. Die Tür zum Ruheraum im Wellnessbereich sollte sich schließen lassen. So kam doch hier und da die "Hektik" des Empfangs und des Vorraums im Ruheraum an.
