Convenient location, easy to find and lots of amenities nearby

The receptionist (Apologies I forget her name) was lovely, and was very helpful when I checked in. The location was good, just out of Preston, with lots of parking. The room was massive, and had everything needed for a nice night. The room service option was great as I could chill out after a long day. The breakfast included with the room was really nice and the price leaves nothing to complain about.

The bathroom would benefit from a little maintainence, especially the bathtub that had a hole patched but looked a bit off.

The carpet in the room was away from the carpet grippers creating a bit of a hazard no top seat on the toilet seat.
