O principal ponto forte deste apartamento e o anfitrião que está muito disponível e e rápido a responder. De resta claramente sobreavaliado no Booking, não e um apartamento de mais de 9!!

A localização é fraca a mais de 4km do centro e da estação central de Lá Spezia. Há muito equipamento avariado ou em mau estado, não há torradeira nem microondas. A decoração e remodelação são muito básicas e nalguns casos mal feitas O colchão e a roupa de cama são de má qualidade.. Para se chegar ao apartamento tem de se passar pelo quintal de outra pessoa, o que é bastante desagradável. O estacionamento é terrível, eu próprio fui multado. Não há zona de estar nem zona de refeições.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Bei unserer Ankunft stand frisches Obst und eine Flasche Wein für uns bereit. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie haben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und auch nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist in der Nähe von mehreren Bushaltestellen, man kommt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell in die Stadt. Mit dem Bus ist man in ein paar Minuten beim Bahnhof für den Zug oder beim Hafen für das Boot nach Cinque Terre. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Straße, aber es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Unsere kleine Hündin war willkommen mit den Vorgaben, dass sie nicht aufs Sofa und Bett durfte.

Manchmal war es ein bisschen schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.

Чисто, уютно. Хорошая коммуникация с собственником. Вода, кофе , чай и вино в подарок

Немножко далеко от набережной, но выручил электросамокат)

Propriétaire très gentil, bienveillant et disponible! Logement bien placé à 10min de la gare à pied pour accéder aux 5 Terres! Pièces spacieuses dans le logement, environnement très propre. Dommage que j’ai dû écourter mon séjour mais j’y reviendrai. Merci 😊
