the host very present and kind in his ways. The train station to go and visit the 5 lands is very convenient and close to the house 6 minutes walk, 🆓 parking on the public road and immediately under the house. the various bus stops 1 minute from the house. Buses every 4 minutes between the 3, 5, 11 and P lines, the last 2 buses go directly to Portovenere, a magical place 🤩. With a 10 minute bus ride you get to the ferries where you can make magnificent excursions such as between Portovenere, 5 lands Lerici and the Islands. Thanks also for the freebies such as the Sea kit and above all for the fresh water already in the fridge, I was dying of thirst, you also saved me because it was very late to go and buy water to drink, I also really appreciated the second freebie, the wine 🍷 very good. I will return (the tap water is drinkable). the house in excellent condition, clean and fragrant, with all the amenities and various soaps for the shower and the washing machine. I gladly left a tip. Thank you

The property owner was an exceptionally helpful and friendly individual. It is rare to be met with so much advice and help! We especially appreciated the thoughtful details like beach towels and ice box - the things we didn't have with us and it made a huge difference to have them available for us.

We arrived late in the evening and all the free parking around the place was taken. As 3 women we didn't feel safe to look for a parking lot far away. That was the only inconvenience we experienced. Next morning we parked right at the house when people left for work and space became available.

Own entrance with full kitchen and washing machine

There is not a lot of hot water reserve available. Make sure to take turns for taking the shower.

This place was absolutely amazing. It is very comfortable and very clean. You have everything that you need in one place. I really liked all the decorations and we even get some complementary coffee, tea, toasts, water and wine. Host was amazing as well and help us with a lot of useful information that we needed. Close by you have bus station (on the street Via Sarzana) where you can take bus 3 or 5 that will get you to the central train station (La Spezia Centrale) and also to the center of the city where you can walk around in a beautiful streets and by the sea. You can buy your tickets in Tabaco store on the same street. Other great possibility is a train (La Spezia Migliarina station) that is a few minutes away. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit La Spezia, Cinque Terre and some other great places nearby.

Parking is perhaps a little hard to find depends on the time of the arrival. But once you find it just leave your car there and use the possibility of the buses and train.

It was a really perfect place to explore Cinque Terre. Special thanks for a free bottle of wine, bottles of water, tea and coffee. Easy to find free parking on streets around.
