The location of the place is Very good and the company managing the property were in touch with us and tried to help, they were very nice but at the end of the day didn't solve our problem.

The photos are misleading, they do not reflect how the place look today. walls are full of black marks, the place is full of dust and dirty. we found old pants behind the night stand. The sofa that they show in the picture is not the sofa in the apartment. what they do have is a wood and metal piece that is not suitable for sleeping or sitting on. we booked the place for 4 people and it's not suitable for more than 3. My son had to sleep on duvets on the floor the entire stay. we asked to simply bring a single mattress which would have solved the problem but it was refused either by them or the owner. we asked to receive a certain refund which they agreed upon. A month have passed and I am still waiting for the refund, I have received only part of it but the refund is the problem of the useless customer service of Booking.com
