2BR Stunning City Centre Apt

Great location and very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Fantastic views over the Lagan and everything very walkable from the apartment. Would recommend

Only slight inconvenience was key pick up from a lockbox a few mins walk away and the fact that building access requires you to carry a 2nd smartphone.

Location was great.

Key collection was a nightmare, lock box was no where near the property, was on a random wall on a street corner behind a bench

The view, in-house parking and the location near the city Center and titanic site. The appartement was spacious

The difficult way you have to pick up the keys and the phone needed for the entrance (batterie empty, we had to charge the batterie with a powerbank that we happily brought with us ) Douche in second bathroom didn’t work. Sanitary facilities needs care. Superficial cleaning Unpleasant communication when we told about the problems e.g. the answer when told about the shower that doesn’t worked “ We want you to have a pleasant stay but if you are going to be rude and keep bringing up issues with our property you will be made to leave and your booking will be canceled. “

Excellent location and stunning views. Beds very comfy.

Very difficult to collect keys. They are located far away in a very dodgy location on one way busy road. Made it very stressful to find them and time consuming to put them back. Not clear how to use phone app to open doors. Apartment needs to have update to the kitchen and main bathroom.

The view! Comfortable beds and living space

Poor ventilation- the bathrooms both had mildew issues

Great location. Spectacular view. Responsive host. Short stroll into the city centre. Lots of pubs, restaurants + bars close by.
