Property Notes

The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Smoking on site may incur an additional charge of GBP 150. Guests are required to clean the kitchenware. Please note that check-in and check-out outside of scheduled hours are unavailable at this property unless previously agreed upon. No Smoking No parties Do not exceed the number of guest you have on the booking. Check out is strictly 11am (unless pre agreed) Noise measuring device is installed at the property for insurance purposes, it will detect noise levels, cigarettes and e-vaping as well as being removed from its mounting plate or switch off (this is strictly not allowed and your booking will be void). The device not capable to record voices just noise DB levels. Noise levels must not exceed 80 dB. Normal family noise levels will be around 60 DB - busy pub would be 85 DB. If any of the above rules are broken we will send you 2 warnings as well as the sensor flashing and sounding an alarm, if this is ignored our security team will be instructed to enter the property and remove all guests at a charge of £150 will be issued for the disturbance. Self catering means you should wash and dry all pots, pans, plates etc used.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Central location with mesmerising views of Titanic Quarter"

Fairly complicated but clear and timely instructions from the management. Exceptional views of Titanic Quarter - quite mesmerising! Comfortable flat. Bring your own milk when you arrive and need a cuppa! Great location for walking to the excellent Titanic museum, picking up the Belfast bus tour, Cathedral Quarter for eating and drinking. We had a lovely stay.

Looking a bit tired in decor and a few fittings needed fixing but management say they’re on it.

"Great location and facilities"

Location was great and the accommodation very comfortable.

The blinds in the main bedroom were missing some slots so the light go in easy. Also it was quite dusty throughout.

"An amazing apartment"

One of the best apartments we ever stayed in. The size is good, two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, views are fantastic. Walking distance to both the centre and the Titanic quarter. The apartment is very well equipped, there is everything: shampoo, shower gel, kitchen supplies, there is no need to buy anything for the apartment during your stay which is quite unusual for rental apartments and was a nice surprise. Overall very pleased with our stay, the apartment is highly recommended.

"Perfect for a family stay"

Location really was perfect - walking distance to W5, Titanic and also City Centre Great views straight down to Lagan from room
