Central location near subway station, restaurants and sights. Easy check-in and check-out. Generally tidy. Appliances, except for the aircon unit, worked efficiently. Staff responded promptly to questions. Property was spacious enough for two, not three, people.

This is my fourth time to rent an apartment in Lisbon. Smell of piss when one alights from apartment building. Noisy at nights; thank God that the windows shut sound well. Unfortunately, the aircon unit takes hours to cool so we had to open the windows for ventilation; sadly, insects flew in. Our daughter joined my husband and I for three nights (the property was advertised to handle three persons and we paid additional for her) and the folding bed was creaky so she ended up putting the mattress on the floor. In addition, some of the towels provided were thin from much use and need changing. Furthermore, though the property advertised providing coffee and tea, only 4 coffee capsules and 7 teabags were provided for the six paid nights. What it is to provide a commensurate number?

The location was fantastic in so many ways. Easy to get around, walking or using any mode of transportation.

As an attic apartment, there are ceiling accidents.

This place was outstanding ! based here I've discovered another area of the city which is continuously changing. Nearby many hotspots to visit like the TIME OUT market, railway station to travel to the museums but also to Cascais. Hope to be back soon again.

Had everything we needed, modern and spacious.

There was building works one morning starting at 8am but not the properties fault. Perfect other than that.

Great location and very little noise from outside considering the busy area. All facilities needed were available in the apartment. Comprehensive welcome guide provided and easy check in.

The apartment was expensive compared with other similar stays but granted this was over the New Year holiday so a premium was expected.

We spent Christmas time in this wonderful appartement. It was equipped with everything we needed to be happy, kitchen with oven, good bed for example and clean. Maybe in summer it may be a little noisy, for it is located directly in the bar/pub/restaurant-area, so many people outside at night having fun. And no parking ;-( But close to Tejo river, and with a nice look to Christo. Furthermore, a girl from the company came on 24th and brought a present...so nice!!! So, I would come again to this place if I were in Lisbon again. It´s not a bargain, but for us it was worth the price. Thx!
