The flat is perfectly located, walking distance from downtown. Bakery shop on street level, grocery stire right across. It is well equipped for simple breakfasts. The owner is a very efficient communicator, reliable, kind person. We had all we needed, advice included.

The sofa-bed in the living room was far too thin padded, metallic structure was felt in the body while lying on it when converted to bed. Definitely not convenient for children above aged 8-10 years. Would suggest this accommodation for 2 people or families with young children.

Very nice host, friendly, understanding. The neighbourhood looked poor but it was very close to the cetre of the city and had a supermarket next to it.

We had some trouble with noise comeing from neighbours in the middle of the night, but the place itself was nice. When we complained about the situation that we could not sleep because of the noise, the hostess was very understanding and we got the refund for the days we did not spent there. I guess the neighbours are not always like that, we were just unlucky

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet apartment! Agostina is lovely, very sweet and helpful.

Everything about the apartment was perfect. Small but spacious, modern, well equipped, clean and new. Host was well mannered, mild, polite, respectful and sweet. Lovely little coffee and basic jams and rusk selection left by host along with a welcome pack of biscuits. Also left bottle of water. Keep in mind that the apartment windows don't overlook anything great- it's in a residential block so you will see other windows, not the street or views.

I would definitely stay here again but next time would love to see: 1) a small soap or soap dispenser (not shampoo/ body wash sachets for hand washing) 2) a small bottle of olive oil for guests to use since guests buying their own for a day doesn't make sense 3) salt and pepper 4) a converter for the plug for the iron provided since the iron plug didn't fit in the sockets. About the location - that is slightly tricky. It is 1.3 km from the cathedral according to Google maps and takes exactly 17 mins to get to (screenshot attached). It's neither close to it nor far from it. The walk is straight forward and, while it took me by surprise because from the reviews I thought it would be closer, I quite enjoyed it. If you're looking for a place that you can pop out in and have cafes and restaurants all around you immediately then this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for something close enough to those restaurants but a little more DIY, then stay here. I enjoyed my time there and found it immensely comfortable- 2 thumbs up for Agostina

All was good apart from the landlord flexibility

The property was more than we expected. It is almost a new property which has a full kitchen and is super, super clean and tidy. The hostess, Agostina was waiting for us with a warm welcome and very thoughtfully…cookies! It is located just a short walk to the Cathedral in Centro and from there all else is easily accessible. In close proximity there is cafes, restaurants and a fruit/vegetable store at the corner. You MUST get fresh fruits and vegetables from them. Every day at 17:30 you can get boiled potatoes and beans which are absolutely delicious. Where else in the world can you get this? Wonderful!

The location was central, so we were able to walk everywhere.

The description of the apartment said that there were two beds, one double and a sofa bed. When I was 2 days from arrival the owner told me that I would have to pay 20 euros for the sheets for the sofa bed. The listing did not say that there was an extra charge for the bedding, so I let her know that it was not acceptable, but she insisted so I paid. The parking for the apartment was described as parking available at a nearby location, but did not state that it was street parking on a very busy street, so we were not able to park close to our location. I am an experienced user of booking.com and I do my homework . This is the first time I have been asked to pay for extra sheets and am very disappointed in the owner for insisting.
